These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoryDrop AI (the "Service"), an original audio entertainment platform operated by ClearerThought LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Coin Purchases — Non-Refundable

Coins purchased on StoryDrop AI are digital goods delivered immediately to your wallet. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Original Content & Intellectual Property

All audio series, stories, characters, narratives, cover artwork, and related content available on StoryDrop AI are original productions owned exclusively by ClearerThought LLC. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, are fully reserved by ClearerThought LLC. Content is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. ClearerThought LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.

4. No Redistribution

You may not copy, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, sublicense, mirror, or publicly perform any story text, audio, artwork, or other content from the Service. Your access is a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content within the Service for your own private use only.

5. Modifications to Content and Pricing

StoryDrop AI reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, remove, or replace any content, feature, coin pricing, or unlock cost. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) interfere with its operation or security; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; or (e) reproduce or distribute any StoryDrop AI original content without express written permission from ClearerThought LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearerThought LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearerThought LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
